1. Agreement

By accessing nolimitgutters.ca or engaging No Limit Gutters for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, whether or not you become a paying customer.

2. Our Services

No Limit Gutters provides gutter installation, repair, cleaning, and related exterior drainage services in Armstrong, BC and surrounding areas. All work is performed directly by our team. We reserve the right to decline or limit services at our sole discretion.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any estimate provided through this website, by phone, or by email is not a binding contract. A confirmed quote is issued only in writing following an on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, materials, or scope of work discovered on-site. We will communicate any material changes in writing before proceeding. Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue due to fluctuations in aluminum and metal commodity markets.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work (Cash on Delivery) unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. We accept:

• Cash or cheque payable to No Limit Installations Ltd.
• E-transfer to the address shown on your invoice
• Credit card, processed securely through Jobber (powered by Stripe). Credit card payments are subject to a standard processing surcharge, disclosed before payment.

No payment information is collected or processed directly through this website. All online payments are handled securely by Jobber and Stripe in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. No Limit Gutters never views or retains your credit card numbers or security codes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on nolimitgutters.ca — including text, images, logos, and project photography — is the property of No Limit Installations Ltd. and is protected under applicable Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

6. Warranty

We back our work with tiered protection. Your workmanship warranty coverage period is determined by the service package you select at the time of your quote:

• Essentials Package: 1-Year workmanship warranty
• Premium Components Package: 4-Year workmanship warranty
• Gutter Guardian Package: 7-Year workmanship warranty

All installations use Kaycan aluminum rainware, backed by a 25-Year Manufacturer Material Warranty (prorated after Year 10). Full coverage details, the prorated schedule, and all exclusions are set out on our dedicated Warranty page.

Key exclusions — warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by severe weather events (storms, hail, ice dams, falling trees or branches)
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than No Limit Gutters without prior written consent
• Failure to maintain the system (annual professional cleaning is recommended)
• Non-payment — all warranty coverage is void unless the invoice is paid in full

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to warranty@nolimitgutters.ca within 30 days of discovering the issue, including your name, service address, and a description of the defect.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting quotes or booking services
• Ensure safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the full exterior perimeter of the property
• Remove or secure pets, livestock, vehicles, and personal property from the work zone prior to our arrival
• Obtain any required strata, HOA, or municipal approvals before work begins
• Disclose any known structural deficiencies, prior damage, or access limitations affecting the work area

8. Limitation of Liability

No Limit Gutters shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to gutters, fascia, roofing, or surrounding structures discovered during service
• Damage resulting from factors outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, structural deficiencies, or pre-existing conditions
• Delays or damages caused by inability to access the work site safely
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

9. Website Content

All content on nolimitgutters.ca is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding price, professional engineering advice, or a legal guarantee. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
