We do not collect payment information directly through our website. All payments are handled in person, by invoice, or securely via our third-party platform, Jobber.

As an existing No Limit Gutters client, you may also receive seasonal maintenance reminder emails — typically once each spring and once each fall — sent via Jobber to notify you when your gutter system is due for cleaning or maintenance. These are non-promotional service communications sent to clients with whom we have an existing business relationship, not marketing. They are sent under the existing business relationship implied consent provisions of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, SC 2010, c. 23, s. 10(9)(a)).

We do not send marketing or promotional emails without your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent — including to seasonal maintenance reminders — at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or by contacting us directly at privacy@nolimitgutters.ca. Opting out of reminders will not affect transactional communications related to an active job.

• Jobber — our third-party field operations platform used for job management, scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing. Jobber collects and stores your name, address, contact details, and payment information on our behalf. Their use of your data is subject to Jobber’s Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — the payment processor used by Jobber to securely handle credit card transactions. No Limit Gutters never views or retains your raw card numbers or security codes. All card data is handled exclusively within Stripe’s PCI-DSS compliant environment. Their use of your data is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Google — through the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 5, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy
• Law or legal process — when required by applicable law, regulation, or court order

All third parties listed above are required to handle your information responsibly and only for the purposes described in this policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Typically, we keep project and customer records for up to 7 years to align with warranty coverage periods and tax obligations under the Income Tax Act (Canada). Jobber and Stripe retain data according to their own retention policies.
